PSP to get another GTA game
And Bully's out in the spring.
Rockstar has confirmed to Eurogamer that another instalment in the Grand Theft Auto series is currently in development for the PSP.
The announcement was initially made by Take-Two CEO Paul Eibeler following the company's decision to reduce its financial forecasts, blaming lower than expected retailer orders and the delayed release of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
Take-Two also put the reductions down to "unexpected delays in final product testing and submission" for PSP title Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City stories, which means the game won't now launch in some European territories until late November.
Good news for British GTA fans though - a Rockstar spokesperson told us the game is still on track to launch here on Friday, without a doubt. He declined to offer any comment on the new GTA PSP title, though.
Controversial PS2 and Xbox game Bully is still very much in development, the spokesperson said, despite recent criticism from anti-bullying groups and MP Keith Vaz. He told us it's down for a European release some time between February and April of 2006, and that we can expect to see more of the game in the new year.
