Resident Evil 4 Cube bundle on 18th March

If you need any extra incentive, how about a branded Cube and controller, a copy of the game and an exclusive Making Of disc for not-a-huge-amount-of-money?

When we reviewed Resident Evil 4 recently, we asked whether it was worth buying a GameCube simply to play. Well, whether or not you think so remains to be seen, but Nintendo clearly does because it's launching an £89 Resident Evil 4 GameCube hardware bundle this 18th March alongside the game.

And, rather like past Nintendo GameCube bundles, there's a little something extra in there on top of the expected game, Cube and controller to compensate the hardcore fan for his or her dedication - a bonus disc featuring Making Of footage of Resident Evil 4, archive footage of the previous games in the series and a demo versions of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

That's on top of a Resident Evil 4-branded GameCube (hopefully pictured somewhere in this item) and a platinum and black controller bearing the Resident Evil 4 logo. All in all it's not a bad way to get into the Cube for £89. And for those of you who don't need a vanity Cube purchase to sate you, a plain-Jane copy of Resi 4 is also something you'll be able to buy on the 18th. And you probably should...
