FIFA 2005 demo released

Play six minutes of Arsenal vs. AC Milan.

The Pro Evolution/FIFA battle is going to be more interesting than ever this year thanks to the addition of a Live enabled Xbox version to the PES ranks, but by the sound of it EA isn't taking that lying down; in fact it's standing up, shoulder to shoulder with the real FIFA, and running its own interactive World Cup. Which is one way to win the punters' affection...

Another is to release a decent demo, and right now we've not seen hide nor hair of a PC PES4 demo, even if a PS2 one is an inevitability at most GAME stores in the near future. The FIFA Football 2005 demo, on the other hand, comes charging into view this morning, and if the 86MB file size doesn't bother you then we suggest you grab it from here.

Doing so will give you the chance to play six minutes of Arsenal vs. AC Milan at Highbury (or "in the 'Highbury' stadium" as our confused American friends write today), and admire the new "fluid player kinetic system". Excuse us - we're off to lie down on our horizontal rejuvenation system. Let us know what you make of FIFA 2005...
