Dungeon Siege movie named

Uwe Boll, director of the forthcoming Dungeon Siege movie, has renamed the film In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale in a bid to make it sound a bit more like it's a Lord of the Rings film.

That's according to MTV.com, which also reports that the movie's current running time is around four hours - so Boll plans to split it down the middle and release two separate films, just as Quentin Tarantino did with Kill Bill.

The movie, which is currently being shot in Vancouver, stars Jason Statham, Leelee Sobieski and Burt Reynolds. Boll's previous films include House of the Dead and Alone in the Dark, neither of which were any good at all.

He's recently finished work on the big screen adaptation of BloodRayne, due to hit cinemas next year. According to Boll, as quoted on Uwe Boll Sucks, the film "Has that erotic lesbian but violent... It's little like a bisexual touch that a vampire has basically."

"The whole beginning of the movie, BloodRayne is like a freak in the circus, and people want to rape her, and she's like the attraction of the evening, and everybody in the arena of the circus is drunk and they throw her arms into water so the skin burns and then she must drink the blood of a goat [so] that she recovers." Righto.
