THQ's line-up
Including Xbox 360, PSP and DS.
THQ has confirmed its line-up for this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo. The publisher's stand will play host to a number of Xbox 360 titles, some current-gen sequels and expansions its unveiled lately, and some unidentified PSP, Nintendo DS and GBA titles.
Most interesting amongst the new games are surely those for the as-yet unannounced (heh) Xbox 360 console, for which THQ plans to show an unspecified number of games "aimed at core gamers". Let's hope they're not all based on Rugrats.
THQ hasn't indicated which PSP, Nintendo DS and GBA handheld titles it will have on display either, but there will be some.
Moving on to specific stuff, the publisher will also be demoing several "Windows PC exclusive" games including the previously announced Relic Entertainment titles Company of Heroes (a World War II strategy game) and Winter Assault (an expansion pack for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War) and Iron Lore's recently unveiled Titan Quest RPG.
Elsewhere on the PC we can expect to see gorgeous but oft-delayed first-person shooter STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl from GSC Gameworld along with MotoGP 3, which is also due out on Xbox.
Other console titles set to appear include Juiced and Destroy All Humans, both of which must be nearly done by now, along with Full Spectrum Warrior sequel Ten Hammers.
The other current-generation console titles on THQ's stand will be The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer, Tak: The Great Juju Challenge, SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, PANTS!, Scooby-Doo! Unmasked and Bratz: Rock Angelz.
