Ubisoft has released a new two-minute trailer for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2 demonstrating the Lone Wolf mode, where you play as one souped up high-tech soldier rather than as a four-man squad. Download it from Eurofiles here.

"Basically we wanted to focus all the firepower of the entire team into one player," says game designer Christian Allen, who adds some narration to the trailer, talking about how the mode was based on real life army concepts not yet in the field.

In Lone Wolf mode you'll be able to go back and play any map as one man, and "it plays pretty differently" according to Allen. In the video you can see the one man take down choppers, blow up trucks and call in airstrikes amongst plenty of other things.

Ghost Recon 2 is due out on PC, PS2, Xbox and GameCube. Publisher Ubisoft currently plans to ship the PS2 and Xbox versions on November 26th, with PC to follow in the first quarter of 2005, and the Cube date as-yet undecided.
