With E3 just weeks away line-ups for the show are starting to appear, and Cenega has joined the list of publishers vying for column inches to showcase its, um, showcase. We are of course only too happy to oblige. Cenega will be situated in the Kentia Hall (booth 6021), and its 2004 line-up will be supported by a first look at a couple of the publisher's big titles for 2005, which - judging by the press release - will probably appear on PC and next-generation consoles.

The titles we know about in advance, however, are Shade: Wrath of Angels (reportedly also in development for Xbox), Creature Conflict: The Clan Wars, The Roots and Gooka: The Mystery of Janatris - all PC titles. Shade, which we're pretty sure has appeared at E3 in the past, is described as a chilling third-person horror adventure, while Creature Conflict is an animal-based turn-based action game that sounds a bit like Worms on the surface. No bad thing, of course. The Roots is an RPG "influenced by the style and storytelling seen in the best RPGs to have been released in the past few years".

Cenega's (Booth #6021, Kentia Hall) E3 line-up in full:

  • Shade: Wrath of Angels (PC)
  • Creature Conflict: The Clan Wars (PC)
  • The Roots (PC)
  • Gooka: The Mystery of Janatris (PC)
