Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will be released in the USA on November 17th, Konami has finally confirmed, meaning that English speaking gamers will be able to play it before the Japanese get their hands on it in mid-December - calling to mind the 2001 release of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, which also debuted Stateside.

Konami has yet to confirm any launch incentives (we're particularly interested in whether the publisher releases a limited edition set to match the Japanese version), but we'll be sure to let you know if that changes. And where we ordered them from...

In the meantime, you can catch up on what we thought of the bits of MGS3 we've played here, and we'll be sure to bring you as spoiler-free a review of the game as possible as soon as we get our hands on the US version next month.
