Capcom is planning a PC version of Chaos Legion, a game only previously announced for PS2. Although the publisher has yet to release any screenshots of the PC version, we do know that it is due for a global simultaneous release this autumn with support for eight languages. And unlike some PS2 to PC conversions, the game will support high resolutions from 640x480 to 1600x1200.

Chaos Legion, for those who missed its first announcement, is the tale of two powerful swordsmen named Sieg Wahrheit and Victor Delacroix. The premise for the game is that some sort of incident occurs and Delacroix capitulates to darkness, and it's Sieg's job to pursue him before the world descends into chaos.

The game is said to blend action-adventure and RPG elements (which is a pretty broad distinction), and the player will be able to summon legions of allies in order to stave of the relentless attack of his enemies. There will be seven legion units available, each will be equipped with their own signature weapons including bows and arrows, bombs, and swords, and the player will find power-ups for each unit strewn around the game world. The player character's abilities will also improve with each successful legion update.
