Electronic Arts boss Larry Probst has revealed in an investor conference call that FIFA Football and MVP Baseball are the two previously unannounced games that make up the publisher's six-strong PlayStation Portable line-up for the USA.

Previously the company had said that Need for Speed Underground Rivals, Tiger Woods PGA Tour, NFL Street and NBA Street would launch alongside the hardware in North America and would be joined by a couple of unannounced titles.

According to Probst the six games are expected to launch "in the March quarter," so evidently that's when EA anticipates the PSP landing at retail, but the EA CEO did confess that there was "some level of risk" of a delay into April or even beyond, adding yet more doubt to the PSP's launch schedule.

Probst also said he expected EA to ship its two Japanese launch titles - Tiger Woods PGA Tour and Need for Speed Underground Rivals - in December, indicating that the publisher does not currently expect Sony to miss its 2004 launch target despite suggestions from analysts that it will slip into 2005.
