Lots of delays to take note of today, most notably Reflections/Atari's DRIV3R on PS2 and Xbox, which has reportedly tumbled three weeks from June 1st to June 21st on both formats (the PC version is due out sometime later, and the Cube one was canned). Obviously it's not the end of the world, but it's worth noting anyway for any Tanner fans planning to take some time off to accommodate it...

Also sliding down the release list this afternoon is NARC, Midway's druggy-uppy undercover DEA agent actioner, which is being repositioned to "give that game a better competitive launch window" according to the publisher - that launch window being 2005.

Finally, NovaLogic's ambitious BF1942-alike Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising has tumbled into an approximate date of "summer 2004", despite an ongoing beta test and recent news that Jolt has been employed to host some of the servers - which the publisher hopes will be alive with the bustle of "more than 100" players when the game does finally launch.
