Nintendo announces slew of 3DS releases, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team date

Zelda: Oracles! Bravely Default! New Mario Party! Fire Emblem DLC!

Mario & Luigi: Dream Team will be released in Europe on 12th July, Nintendo has announced.

The company also revealed a new Mario Party game for 3DS, due this winter.

In a just-finished Nintendo Direct conference stuffed with announcements, the publisher detailed a number of other upcoming launches.

Another downloadable entry in the Mario vs Donkey Kong series titled Minis on the Move is due on the eShop on 9th May.

Game Boy Color classics The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages will both arrive for download on 30th May, meanwhile.

Long-awaited Square Enix role-player Bravely Default: Flying Fairy will finally get a European launch, as will Level-5 game compilation Guild02, which is comprised of adventure game The Starship Damrey, Keiji Inafune's WW2 shooter Bugs vs. Tanks! and simulation game Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale.

Atlus JRPG Shin Megami Tensei 4 will also be coming to Europe, though it's only been given a release date in North America where it's due on 16th July.

Nintendo also revealed more information on other, known games. New footage of Donkey Kong Country Returns 3DS was shown to demonstrate changes added to the game's handheld conversion. A new mode sees DK armed with more health hearts and helper items to allow levels to be finished at a faster rate.

The company also revealed some of its Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC plans. A huge amount of extra content is already available for the game in other regions. In Europe, extra map packs will cost £1.79 or £2.99 for three. The first new content is due for launch next week and will be discounted for the next month - the first map pack will be entirely free for four weeks.
