Podcast: We've got two new feature series heading your way

Word.

I've got another bumper episode of Inside Eurogamer recorded for you. As you well know, this is the podcast made especially for Eurogamer Supporters that lets you in on the decisions we make about the site. It's where we show our working, in other words.

Quickly: if you're seeing this article and you're not a Supporter but would like to be, know that it's quick and easy to join. There's only one tier of Eurogamer subscription and it's £3/€3/$3 a month or £30/€30/$30 a year. That gets you a website without adverts but with exclusive articles and podcasts, and - if you're a yearly supporter - the occasional free game. We're currently giving away the Pixel Pulps Collection, in case you didn't know.

Today on Inside Eurogamer, we're talking about two new feature types coming your way. One of these is called Now Playing, and it's designed to give us another way to talk critically about games without needing to resort to a review. Why? Well, reviews can take a lot of time to produce and they're not always viable for every kind of game. Plus there are more games to cover than ever before, so this new series should enable us to cover more of them. Chris Tapsell has been dreaming this idea up and he's with us on the podcast to talk about it in much more detail.
