Route 223 Pokémon, trainers and items

Route 223 is a water route - one of the few in Sinnoh - that leads directly north from Sunyshore City to the shore of Victory Road. There's not much to do here aside from battling the many, many swimmers and collecting a couple of items.

Thankfully after all that battling there's a Pokémon Center right at the end of the route by the entrance to Victory Road, so you can restore some PP before heading into a big, complicated cave.

Next stop is your final, most challenging dungeon. There are a lot of trainers and high-level wild Pokémon here, so stock up on healing items (you can fly to and from this Pokémon Center thankfully, so feel free to guy stock up elsewhere first). When you're ready, head inside Victory Road.
