Pokémon Legends Arceus length: How long does it take to beat the main campaign?
How long you spend on Pokémon Legends: Arceus' main campaign depends on how much time you spend completing Research Tasks for the Pokédex and Requests for the residents of the Hisui region.
If you mostly focus on the main Missions, taking the time to complete a selection of Requests and increase your Star Rank, the main campaign will take you roughly between 18 to 20 hours.
It will take you far longer, however, to reach the game's conclusion if you choose to complete the Requests as they appear and fill in as much of the Pokédex as possible.
At the time of writing, we don't have a rough length estimate for the post-game events of Legends: Arceus, but, considering the additional Missions and Requests, there's a good amount of content for you to look forward to. Especially if you have save files from Sword and Shield and / or Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl on your Nintendo Switch!
Our Pokémon Legends Arceus walkthrough will help you pick a starter Pokémon and win the Kleavor boss fight. You’re also tasked with filling the Hisui Pokédex by obtaining new evolutions like Kleavor by evolving Scyther, Wyrdeer by evolving Stantler, Sneasler by evolving Hisui Sneasel and Overquil by evolving Hisui Qwilfish. There’s a host of new evolution methods, including ones for the Eevee evolutions. Take the time to complete Requests too, such as The Sea’s Legend, Wurmple’s Evolved! and finding the Wisp locations. Don’t forget to track down every Unown location too.
How many missions are there in the main campaign of Pokémon Legends: Arceus?
The main campaign of Pokémon Legends: Arceus consists of 18 main Missions of various lengths - starting with In an Unfamiliar Land and concluding with The Counterpart.
Each one contains a set of objectives which you'll need to complete to move forward; you can find your Mission objectives by opening the map screen of your Arc Phone and pressing Y.
At the time of writing, we don't know the exact number of Requests - the side missions of Legends: Arceus. We have, however, found 88 Requests, so there's a lot of additional Pokémon adventure's awaiting.
