Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Aether Paradise and Branch Chief Faba
So, in a surprise to no one, the Aether Foundation are secretly up to no good. It's not clear what a lot of their motivations are - Faba is power hungry, Lusamine is obsessed with the Ultra Beasts, and the employees are... obeying orders? - but either way, it's time to take 'em down.
You'll land in the Docks, B1F, and this time more of the area is explorable with six trainers and a couple of new items to collect. Head down to the far bottom left to pick up TM06 Toxic and a X Sp. Attack, and don't forget the Rare Candy right at the very top behind some crates if you missed that last time.
After that, hop on the elevator when ready, and you, Gladion and Hau will immediately be accosted by Faba. He's dead simple to beat with just a single Hypno, so take him out with Bug, Dark, or Ghost-type attacks.
Faba will then grant you permission to head down to the Labs, which is oddly generous of him... ride the elevator down and, as you head into the labs, you'll be ambushed by three Employees. It's three battles in a row, but they only have one Pokémon each, with the first two weak to Ground attacks, so lead with them!
After that, there are two labs to explore. One contains a double battle where Hau will help you out, the other has a Full Restore, and both have some interesting lore to uncover if you do a bit of poking around.
With those cleared, head back up on the elevator with your pals, and Wicke, Faba's second in command, will stop you - except she's actually nice, and will heal you up. We did say the motivations are a bit unclear here...
After that, it's time for another double battle, this time with Gladion, then progress towards the large door nearby and Faba will appear once more. It's time for a third double battle, with Hau as your partner once more, as Faba has an expanded roster of three Pokémon - all with those shared Ghost, Bug and Dark-type weaknesses.
With Faba out of the way again, head outside and you'll find... Team Skull?!
Yep, it turns out the Aether Foundation have been secretly hiring Team Skull to help out with the 'grunt' work, so to speak. Before you do anything head to the far left and far right to pick up two Full Heals, and then press on across the bridge where you'll face several Team Skull Grunts in battle.
When you reach the end, it's time for another showdown with Guzma. He has one more Pokémon, a Vikavolt, this time, and is out for revenge - except he seems to have forgotten that all of his Pokémon are still eak to Rock-type attacks, and three of them weak to Fire, another three weak to Flying. It should be simple enough!
With Guzma out of the way, head inside the big mansion thing up ahead.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Lusamine and how to get the Master Ball
Inside the mansion you'll find the Ultra Recond Squad, of all people, hanging out in the entrance hall. They fancy a battle - why not, everyone else is getting involved after all - but it's just another round against their single Poison-type Poipole. Take it out with Psychic or Ground attacks.
It turns out they really don't want you to disrupt Lusamine - something about light and Ultra Space - but they don't seem to understand the fact her plan also involves kidnapping and a spot of cruelty to Cosmog, so press on into her room!
After some classic monologuing from Lusamine, and a reacquaintance with Lillie, follow her via the warp plate nearby to teleport into a strange room.
There, after some more talking and the revelation that she's cruelly hurting Cosmog in order to open an Ultra Wormhole, it's time to take her on in battle - maybe proving she isn't strong enough to handle the Pokémon on the other side will be enough to stop her!
Her Pokémon have a variety of types and weaknesses, and are fairly high level, too, so this might be a challenge depending on the makeup of your team. Play smart though, using status effects and weakensses where you can, and you should be fine!
After all that's done, you'll wake up the next day to a load of gifts from your friends, who seem to have been on a rummage around the building. Lillie gives you the Moon Flute or Sun Flute (depending on your version), which seems to be one half of an important pair, whilst Gladion casually hands you a Master Ball that he found earlier!
