Revengeance to get VR Missions DLC on PS3 and Xbox 360 in Europe
Whereas it's a PS3 exclusive in North America.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will have VR Missions DLC, adding 30 missions to Platinum Game's much anticipated Metal Gear spin-off.
The VR missions will hearken back to the original Metal Gear Solid's VR Missions add-on - an idea carried over into MGS2's special edition as well. These stages take place in minimalist bright-coloured worlds of blank surfaces and right angles and they'll feature a mix of combat, stealth, and most excitingly, you'll be able to take control of everyone's favourite three-armed robot orb, the Dwarf Gekko.
Curiously, the VR Missions will be on both PS3 and Xbox in all territories except North America. Konami social media manager Dalton Link noted on the US PlayStation Blog, "The DLC will be available for PS3 users in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Japan. The PS3 exclusivity is only for North America."
