The release of Street Fighter IV on PC is still only a 'maybe' for summer, according to Capcom's Vice President of business development, Christian Svensson.

The executive wasn't about to be goaded into putting a date in black and white, simply stating, "Let's say summer."

The masterful take on the 2D fighting genre has already shifted in excess of 2 million copies worldwide and confirmation that a PC version is on the way will be welcome news indeed for the series' non-consoling fans. Joystiq is also reporting that a Madcatz stick bundle could be in the offing.

In the meantime, why not check out our Street Fighter IV review?
