Shivering Isles 360 box coming
Bundled with Knights of Nine.
Bethesda has announced it will be offering those of you without Live access a chance to play the Oblivion expansion Shivering Isles.
Beginning sometime in October, it will be shipping a boxed copy of the game which will also include the downloadable add-on Knights of the Nine. The suggested price is USD 29.99.
Those of you with a 360 will also get a Game of the Year edition in the same month, containing the original campaign as well as Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. The cost is reckoned at USD 59.99.
Unfortunately, for now, Bethesda has no plans to release any of the other downloadable content on disc (horse armour, Frostcrag Spire, Mehrune's Razor, etc).
PS3 owners, on the other hand, won't have so many options. A Game of the Year edition is planned to follow sometime after the 360 and PC versions, but there's no movement on a Shivering Isles disc just yet. There's also no word on when the downloadable content will make it to the PlayStation Store.
