Sports Party coming to Europe only
Well that makes a change.
Ubisoft has announced new Wii title Sports Party will only be released in EMEA territories.
That's Europe, the Middle East and Australia, to be precise. So "no release for the US or Japan", as a spokesperson confirmed to Eurogamer.
And that's not all. Sports Party is the first game to be published under Ubisoft's new publishing label, Play Zone, which is all about party games you can play with friends. Now the company has confirmed all Play Zone games will only be released in EMEA territories.
Sports Party is out on July 11th. It features nine-mini-games including volleyball, basketball, badminton and "horse shoes". There are three difficulty levels so even children and women can play.

(Cheer up. You may not be getting Sports Party but there's always Konami's Sports Island - a Wii title which features ten mini-games including volleyball, basketball, badminton and "curling". Thank goodness that demographic has been broadened.)
