31. By the Babbling Brook in the Deep Woods

From the beanstalk where you begin, turn left, run between the large tree boughs, then turn slightly left towards the stack of amber blocks. Use your coins to blow it up, Ground Pound the ground and reveal the Moon.

32. The Hard Rock in Deep Woods

From the place where you drop down, run forwards past the beanstalk and head towards the light of the next. You'll come across a big cube of dark rock. Wait for the T-Rex to approach on its patrol, then coax it to smash through the rock. Ground Pound the ground it reveals to add a Moon to your collection.

33. A Treasure Made from Coins

Turn right from the beanstalk and turn slightly left when you see the hill with the Coin Coffer. Possess it, turn left and head into the pond by the brook (the same one with a scarecrow in it). 41. Wandering in the Fog

Climb the metal platform next to the Forest Charging Station checkpoint, then possess the Mini Rocket to blast off. When you land on a cloudy platform above, collect the Moon Shard in front of you. Grab the second Shard on the other side of the platform.

The third is located on the next raised platform, surrounded by two Paragoomba's. Collect it, possess one of them then fly to the left and cross the gap to a single platform, then follow the cons to the next, grabbing the Shard as you land. Drop down the side of the main platform you started on, following the coins down. The fifth Shard is beneath this platform. The Moon will appear next to the Mini Rocket.

From the Iron Mountain Path, Station 8 checkpoint, jump back down the slope with the gold rings and look for the path shown in the second screenshot. Enter the hat door, and hit the P-Switch to follow the leaf road as it winds around two platforms of Goombas. Wait for the road to appear again and ride it to the next P-Switch.

The next section involves a Long Jump and a Wall Jump section, so don't waste any time. Leap off the final section to reach the Moon.

44. Flower Road Reach

On the same challenge as Moon #43, use the Goombas on opening platforms to make a tower tall enough to climb the structure that briefly blocks your progress. A Moon awaits above.

45. Elevator Escalation

Use the speed flowers by the Summit Path to ride up the slope and reach the ledge on the far right-hand side. Enter the hat door. Posses the Sherm and hit the P-Switch to lower yourself. To this twice more, destroying the spiky enemies, the Fire Bros and the Sherms before reaching the Moon in the cage at the end.

46. Elevator Blind Spot

47. Walking on Clouds

From the Iron Mountain Path, Station 8 checkpoint, run up the hill and collect a seed from the Steam Gardener. Now run back to the P-Switch near the ramp you first ascended. Press it to reveal some blue and yellow platforms. Climb before the time runs out to reach the Observation Dock platform. Throw the seed in the soil on the highest level.

In this challenge area, use the Uproot to collect lots of coins and reach the higher platforms you reach riding the moving blue platform. The Moon can be found at the end of the course. Stretch up and de-possess to grab it.

Need more help? Our Super Mario Odyssey guide and walkthrough goes through every objective in each Kingdom, while our Power Moon locations can help you track down the likes of Cascade Kingdom Power Moons, Sand Kingdom Power Moons, Metro Kingdom and New Donk City Power Moons and more collectables. We also have Purple Coin locations for each Kingdom, and if you want to know what to spend it on, we have a hats list, outfits list, stickers list, a souvenirs list as well as a music list to kit out the appearance of both Mario and the Odyssey. Once you've finished the game, check out the free Balloon World update, too.

48. Above the Clouds

Halfway through the course where you collect Moon #47, look out for another Moon directly above you. Stretch up, de-possess and the Moon is yours. Don't worry, the moving blue platforms are on an infinite cycle so you won't get stuck.

49. Secret Path to Wooded Kingdom

To find this path, head to the Metro Kingdom and look for a hidden platform behind the Odyssey in the Metro Kingdom. Enter it to collect a Moon locked inside a sky-high cage.

50. Found with Wooded Kingdom Art

This image is found behind a tree south of the Odyssey. It shows the Koopa who gives you the walking challenge in the Sand Kingdom (Moon #45 'Walking in the Desert'). Travel to the Sand Kingdom, walk north past the Koopa, past the big hole where the Inverted Kingdom used to be. The Moon will be in the ground in front of two bushes.

51. Swing Around Secret Flower Field

This one is hard to find. From the Secret Flower Field Entrance, do a 180, turn left and look for a yellow pole beside the building. Climb it, run across to the other side and ascend the other yellow pole. Jump onto the breakable crates and do a Long Jump to reach the poles. Swing around to reach the key. Hit the P-Switch, follow the leaf road and the Moon is yours.

52. Jammin' in the Wooded Kingdom

Approach the toad listening to his headphones (in the raised area with the Uproots near the Odyssey), play the song Above the Clouds (unlocked by gaining Moon #37 in Bowser's Kingdom).

53. Wooded Kingdom Regular Cup

This race is located by the Charging Station. There's a shortcut right at the start - instead of going down the beanstalk, run left towards the queuing Steam Gardeners and leap off the edge. Throw Cappy just before hitting the floor to avoid the paralysis Mario gets when falling from a great height, then climb the level with the rising pistons. Use an Uproot at the top to navigate the final part of the race.

54. Peach in the Wooded Kingdom

Find Peach next to the Observation Deck checkpoint. Speak to her to collect the Moon for this kingdom.

Other Wooded Kingdom Power Moons you can unlock

As well as the above Moons that appear when you clear a Kingdom for the first time, there is yet another set that you can collect later in the game. Be warned the following contains some light spoilers.

When exploring each Kingdom previously, you may have noticed a giant, grey block that seemingly has no purpose. It's this object you must find once you have completed the game that'll give you even more things to do.

Watch on YouTube

The above video by Nintendo Life explains this in more detail, but in short - complete the game, find the block in any given Kingdom, and more Moons will be available for you to find.

We won't detail these extra Moons here, but the number of these extra challenges available in each Kingdom varies - just like the amount of Moons you could find to begin with. Good luck!
