Tecmo shows new PS3 shooter

Tecmo has whipped the wrappers off a new third-person shooter called Quantum Theory.

The game appears in the most recent edition of Famitsu (spotted by Kotaku), and will apparently be unveiled in full at the Tokyo Game Show later this week.

So far, we know the game will arrive on PS3 and stars a hero called Sid and a heroine called Filerna. Disastrously, Sid's described as a "dark hero" and a "black destroyer". She, on the other hand, is a "white rebel". No, no, no.

Ellie and Oli are swanning around Tokyo for us this week, partly because their names work well in tandem. Hopefully they will be able to tell us more, or make some jokes about things.
