The Escapists The Walking Dead breaks out on PS4 next month

The Escapists The Walking Dead, Team 17's spin-off of its prison break sim set in Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead universe, is set for a PS4 release on 16th February, developer Team 17 has announced.
This 8-bit spin-off follows the events of Kirkman's comic, placing players in the sheriff's uniform of Rick Grimes as he wakes up in the hospital and follows him through around issue 83. Along the way he'll tackle various survival scenarios set in Greene Family Farm, Meriwether Correctional Facility, Woodbury, Alexandria and more.
Since this is a spin-off originally set around a prison break game, expect lots of strategic planning as Rick tries to rescue supporting characters such as Carl, Lori, Glenn, Hershel, Maggie, Dale, Tyreese, Michonne, Abraham and Gabriel. You'll have over 250 materials to craft as you build upwards of 70 items to aid you in your escape.
The Escapists The Walking Dead previously arrived on Xbox One and Steam in September. It costs £12.99 / $17.99 on Steam and £14.99 / $19.99 on Xbox One, so it seems likely that the PS4 pricing will follow that of its console brethren.
