The Last of Us Left Behind Back in a Flash walkthrough
How to get through the first section of Left Behind's story, from avoiding the Clickers to grabbing every essential supply.

Back in a Flash walkthrough for The Last of Us Part 1 Left Behind
After watching a cut-scene that sets the scene for the DLC content, you'll be introduced to Ellie's friend Riley. As soon as you have control of Ellie, make your way up the escalator ahead of you, and then keep running forward.
Soon enough you'll hear a nearby Clicker, but you can ignore it for now and just head towards the pharmacy. When you reach a gate, crouch down so you can crawl beneath it, then take your time looting the shop - there are no enemies to disturb you in here.
When you're done, get behind the counter that's just to the right of where you entered the shop. You'll see a first-aid kit in another room, but you won't be able to reach it. Make sure you take the Combination Note from the floor, then leave the shop via the front door.
To the right of the pharmacy is a shop called American Princess. When you get close to it, Ellie will use the combination you just picked up to open the gate. While you need to watch out for spores in this shop, there are no creeping enemies inside. Take the Pharmacy Key and the Pharmacist's Note from the pharmacist at the back of the room.
Head back towards the shop's entrance, but be ready to deal with a Clicker. Use Ellie's hearing ability to pinpoint it. Take one of the bricks lying around nearby, then crawl underneath the door when the Clicker passes by. Distract the Clicker, then make your way back to the pharmacy. Walk to the counter you took the note from earlier, and then go through the locked door. After checking the first-aid kit, leave via the window.
Keep going forward into the shop on your right. If you try to squeeze through the gap in front of you, it will become blocked off by debris. When you get inside the shop, go right and instead crawl through the gap here. Take any supplies you might need, including those on the medic's body. Don't forget to take the Salon Note by the corpse while you're at it.
Leave the shop, head downstairs and then jump over the railing to finish up the first section of Left Behind. next up, you'll have to explore an abandoned mall.
