The Beach and the Epilogue follow on from The Last of Us Part 2's The Resort chapter.
This chapter concludes Ellie's journey through Santa Barbara, and leads into the ending. We're almost there!
These are two story-driven chapters - so don't expect any missable items along the way.
This page just explains the essentials of what you need to do to complete each chapter - so will be keeping details and screens to a minimum to avoid story spoilers.

How to complete The Beach in The Last of Us Part 2
This chapter begins straight after The Resort, after you jump over the wall. There are no missable items in this or the following chapter - so just progress onward.
Continue through the trees and find the person you are looking for on the beach. They should have a button prompt next to them.
Now follow them to the beach. After the cutscene, there is a melee fight.
You'll be well used to these by now. Dodge more than you strike, and take your time in waiting for an opening to attack. This fight is longer than you'd expect, so keep fighting until a cutscene.
How to complete the Epilogue in The Last of Us Part 2
All you need to do here is go through the door, then upstairs and into the room on the right. Now investigate the button prompt on the ground for a cutscene - and the ending of The Last of Us 2.
Once the credits have rolled, you'll have unlocked New Game+, which allows you to start over while keeping your upgrades.
This is important if you are after the Platinum Trophy, which requires you to max out many of your upgrades, something that's impossible in a single playthrough.
