Sony Online Entertainment has lifted the veil on three new projects it's got in development.

The first is an expansion pack for EverQuest II called Rise of Kunark. It'll add the dragon-like Sarnak to the race portfolio, as well as new quests, weapons, armour, zones, and deities. It's due to launch in November and will include the original EQ2 game, the three previous expansions, and an in-game pet.

Next up is a downloadable poker game for PlayStation 3 called High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition. As well as a long name you can expect versions of Texas Hold 'Em, Super Hold 'Em, Billabong, Tahoe, Shanghai. But the interesting addition here is the support of the PlayStation Eye, allowing you to see your friend's poker faces and hear their wobbly voices.

It will cost you USD 9.99, although we're still waiting for a solid release date.

And last but not least is a game for the Chinese market based on the comedy action film Kung Fu Hustle. There's apparently support for up to eight of you to duke it out as your favourite characters online, and it will be completely free to play - although you'll have to fork out for additional items and extra lives.

We'll keep you posted, just like that postman with the cat.
