Titanfall's Attrition mode shown off in new gameplay footage

Titanfall developer Respawn has shown off a new mode in fresh gameplay footage revealed during EA's just-concluded Gamescom 2013 press conference.
The mode involves shadowing a mech around and surviving a vicious assault on foot and in a mech yourself.
The footage also reveals a new map, named Angel City. It's an urban environment with tall buildings and lots of cover. And also huge, hulking mechs.
Titanfall is due early next year for PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Watch the new footage below.
