The studio is in the process of restoring entries for those impacted. It may take a couple of days.
ORIGINAL STORY: Treyarch has vowed to fix the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 leaderboard reset problems that have seen some gamers lose days of progress.
Eurogamer was contacted yesterday by an irate fan who found his stats were reset.
“I've personally got two days of play time that's been wiped and it's not the fact of my place on the leaderboards but now all the battling with my friends has been for nothing,” he said.
A cursory glance on the Call of Duty forum shows other players suffering from a similar problem.
On Twitter Treyarch said it was working through server side issues regarding leaderboards, and “they'll be re-enabled as soon as we've fixed the issue”.
“Stand by.”
