UK top 40: Killzone 3 beats Bulletstorm
Take that, multi-platform preachers.
PlayStation 3 exclusive Killzone 3 is today's new UK all-formats chart leader.
Sony and Guerrilla Games beat off fierce competition from raucous rival Bulletsorm in second.
Incidentally, Killzone 2 "remains the highlight of the series" regarding week one sales figures. Killzone 3 is Sony's 14th best first-week seller; Killzone 2 is Sony's fifth.
Killzone 3 also represents Sony's second UK charts top-spot this year - LittleBigPlanet 2 being the other.
Killzone 3 scored 8/10 on Eurogamer. Bulletstorm scored 9/10.
The rest of the top 10 is filled by familiar faces: Call of Duty: Black Ops (3), FIFA 11 (4), Just Dance 2 (5), Dead Space 2 (6), Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (7), Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (8), Wii Party (9), Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (10).
