Warner Bros. offers full refund for still-broken Batman: Arkham Knight PC

Anyone can now get a full refund for Batman: Arkham Knight's PC version, regardless of how much of the game they have played.
Arkham Knight was re-released last week for PC more than four months on from its initial buggy launch.
But it quickly became clear that, for some users, there was little improvement to show for the extra development time.
Batman PC owners flooded the game's Steam page with criticism and negative reviews, many in disbelief that the game they had bought back in June was still unplayable.
"We are very sorry that many our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight," Warner wrote on the game's Steam page.
"We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues."
Warner will now let you apply for a refund of the game at any time from now until the end of the year.
"Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product.
"You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix."
Writing last Friday, Digital Foundry's Rich Leadbetter posted a full Batman: Arkham Knight performance analysis for the game's PC re-release, which he found was "still a disappointment".
"We hoped that the re-release of the game would present marked, tangible improvement. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened," Rich wrote.
"Assuming your PC is robust enough and you have enough VRAM, you can buy this game and get a decent enough console-level experience - but bearing in mind the continued lack of respect for the PC userbase, the question is whether the developers and publishers deserve your support at all."
