Watch: My favourite game from Lionhead Studios
It's this week's Eurogamer Show.
Following the news that Lionhead Studios is to be closed, I thought I'd return to the game that, in my mind, showed them at their very best. That game is Fable 2 and I've been playing it again this weekend to see how well it holds up, almost eight years after its initial release.
Things like the combat and the morality system may seem a little dated, but the series' uniquely British tone and sense of humour still shine through. And by that, I mean that I still find it hilarious to have the residents of Albion refer to their hero as 'Nobhead'.
Join me below as I remember a game which encouraged its players to not take themselves too seriously, even if you are saving the world.
