WiiWare scaled by Rock 'n Roll Climber
Also: My Zoo! Ninja Gaiden! Touch Golf.
Balance board game Rock 'n Roll Climber has been added to the WiiWare line-up for 800 Wii Points (approx. £5.60/€8).
The game, unveiled at GDC as one WiiWare's hot prospects, uses the balance board, Wiimote and nunchuk to simulate mountain-climbing. There are indoor walls to practice on before you head outside to scale slippery waterfalls, treacherous mountains and thick jungles in search of glory.
My Zoo is the other game on WiiWare and costs 500 Wii Points (approx. £3.50/€5). Made by Hudson, this involves animal breeding and, it seems, cleaning up their bottom-produce. Over-feeding will result in fat stock, while under-feeding may get you eaten. The latter might not be true. Factor in different feeding times and the unique demands of each species, and My Zoo may be more than meets the eye.
Meanwhile, over on Virtual Console we find Ninja Gaiden - or Shadow Warriors as us Europeans labelled it. Man in pyjamas kills Western thugs. Classic action for 800 Wii Points (approx. £5.60/€8).
On DSiWare there's more from Nintendo's "A Little Bit of..." series, which trims DS retail games for resale online. Today it's Touch Golf being squashed for 800 DSi Points (approx. £7/€8), our original review of which you can find elsewhere on Eurogamer.
