Yakuza 4 dated for Japan

SEGA, a day after announcing Yakuza 3 for the West, has revealed a Japanese date for Yakuza 4.

This second PS3 instalment will arrive there on 18th March 2010, according to regional magazine Famitsu (spotted by Kotaku). We're unlikely to hear of a Western Yakuza 4 release for a while, so importing - for those familiar enough with the Japanese language - may be an option.

Coinciding with Yakuza 4's date are a batch of 40 new screenshots for the game on Gamikaze (spotted by VG247). Man in oil drum: check, man hanging upside from wire in underpants: check, lunging headbutt: check, knee-slam on face of prone target: check.
