Zelda - Jee Noh and One the Move trial solution in Breath of the Wild
How to solve the Wasteland region trial.
Jee Noh is one of the many Shrines located throughout Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The challenge inside, named the On the Move trial, is a puzzle that has you combine your Stasis and Magnesis abilities to manipulate various objects. Get it right, and you'll walk out a success.
If you need help finding and solving other Shrines, our Shrine location maps page can help, while our Zelda: Breath of the Wild walkthrough and guide covers other aspects of the game.
Where to find Jee Noh
The Jee Noh shrine is located within the Wasteland region, specifically due east of the Wasteland Tower. To get there, either head due east from the Wasteland Tower by paragliding, and then climbing down the cliffs.
Alternatively you can get there very easily from the Great Plateau region, by paragliding south west from the Keh Namut Shrine there.
There's no puzzle to solve here in order to access the shrine, so simply dive in when you're ready.
Jee Noh and On the Move trial solution
On entering the shrine you'll first be shown a conveyor belt made up of several moving parts, a socket on the far side, and an orb which passes along the belt periodically.
Your task is to freeze the orb using Stasis, then shoot it with an arrow - only one, as more will overshoot it. If you've lined it up right, when the Stasis unfreezes the orb will hopefully drop into the socket on the other side.
The easiest way to do this is to stand directly in line with the socket, and freeze the orb right as it lines up perfectly between the socket and yourself.
When that task is complete, a door will open to the next room, which has a similar setup only with the added fun of two Guardian Scouts on the conveyor belt. First up, dispatch them with either perfect parries of their lasers, or arrows.

Then, you want to repeat the same action as before, getting in line with the socket, freezing the orb with Stasis, and then shooting it with a single arrow to knock it in and open the door.
This next room's a little more complicated, with another orb plus two parallel conveyor belts and three laser beams shooting across them, too.
First, you want to grab the chest, containing an Opal, that moves along the belt on the far side using Magnesis, and bring it over to you to open. Note that, if it falls off the ledge, another one will spawn again in a moment.
Now, it's time to start moving the ball along the conveyor belts to the other side. First up, pick up the orb and take it to the first beam on the belt. When a large rock passes the beam on the other side, use that window of time to run through.
Pause on the static platform between the beams and put down the ball there.
Then, freeze the closest beam emitter with Stasis, pick up the ball, and run through the first beam.
Now you want to try to stay as close tot he final beam as possible, and wait for a large block to pass the emitter by on the other side. When it blocks out the beam, quickly pass through.
When you're safely out the other side, place the orb in the socket, and you're done!
