Zelda - Sheem Dagoze, the Two Rings quest and Moving in Parallel trial solution in Breath of the Wild
How to solve the Ridgeland region trial.
Sheem Dagoze is one of the many Shrines located throughout Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The quest to reveal it, named the Two Rings shrine quest, has you fire an arrow throw two rings in the landscape, and gets you to another challenge inside, named the Moving in Parallel trial, is a puzzle that has you quickly change between pressure plates to manipulate an orb. Get it right, and you'll walk out a success.
If you need help finding and solving other Shrines, our Zelda: Breath of the Wild Shrine of Trials locations page can help, while our Zelda: Breath of the Wild walkthrough and guide covers other aspects of the game.
Where to find Sheem Dagoze
The Sheem Dagoze shrine is located within the Ridgeland region, specifically due south of the Ridgeland Tower. To get there, glide south from the tower and land on the road.
Travel south along that road, and you'll soon reach a bridge, with Kass and a cluster of small rock formations nearby..
Speak to Kass for your quest - you need to fire an arrow through two holes with just one shot.
Most of the rings won't allow this, but there's one place in the field where you can do it. Head to the north-western corner of the area, and turn back to the south-east.
You'll find one ring right next to a small bit of cliff, and be able to see another, slightly higher ring as you look through it.
Aim a little above the second ring, and you should get it fairly easily.
Sheem Dagoze and Moving in Parallel trial solution
Inside, you'll be faced with two buttons, in front of a large contraption of slopes, with a socket at each end.
First, stand on the left hand button, and the orb will fall into one socket.
Then, go to the right button, but as soon as it releases the second orb, run back to the left button - and be ready to quickly move again!
When the orb's on its way to the tipping platform in the centre, you then need to quickly run back to the right platform again, which will tip it the other way.

The orb should then fall into the left hand socket, clearing a route to the exit. Before you go however, there's a chest to be had. Glide down to the little platform in the bottom-centre of the ramp contraption, and step through the gap to the back side of it. Inside the chest there's a Great Thunderblade.
Finally, stand on the pressure plate to the left to activate a platform going back and forth to the way out.
Hop on when it returns, and you're ready to go.
