Resident Evil 3 Demolition Site: How to escape the creature and defeat the creature
How to survive the latest run-in with Nemesis.
The Demolition Site inResident Evil 3 is the location of our most intense encounter with Nemesis battle so far.
Immediately after completing the Sewers you have to escape the creature, followed by a one-on-one battle to defeat the creature.

Escape the creature in the Demolition Site
Sprint past the zombies - using the Quick Step to dodge any attacks - and go through the shutter. Go through the door straight ahead for a safe room, some ammo and a Green Herb.
Once done, head up the stairs in the corner and run past the zombies.
As you climb, Nemesis will give chase. What follows is a linear chase sequence - the route will see you head up more stairwells, move some wood on your right with the button prompt to clear the gap and climb some ladders.
At the end is another item box and chest, alongside the Notice of Demolition Delay File. Heal up and get as many Grenade Launcher rounds and Grenades together as you can, then climb the ladder.

Defeat the creature boss battle
This rooftop battle is your first proper battle with Nemesis. The aim is to keep your distance of the flamethrower rounds, while pelting it with explosives. Doing so will down it temporarily, which you can follow up with some Shotgun blasts to the head.
There's also a sparking generator in the middle of the roof which can help stun him for some easy blows, too.
Repeat this until it's downed. It won't take long - as long as you keep your distance to avoid the flames, you should be fine. There are some Herbs to collect here too if you need healing.
Once downed enough, a cutscene will play which sees Jill escape to the ground floor.
Walk through the littered cars and listen to the radio call, working your way towards a fire engine blocking the road. Get the Handgun Ammo on the left nearby first, then scale the fire engine to arrive near the Kendo Gunshop - an area players of the Resident Evil 2 remake will recognise.
