Roguelikes seem to be in vogue right now with top tier titles like Spelunky, The Binding of Isaac, and even ZombiU transforming the once turn-based genre into something more palatable to action aficionados like myself. The latest fix I've come across is the just released PC-exclusive Teleglitch, which takes the top-down perspective and mouse aiming of Hotline Miami and places it in a Doom-like extraterrestrial military outpost with randomly generated levels and permadeath.
